Allied Digital Allots 54,400 ESOP Shares, Increases Paid-Up Capital

Allied Digital Services allotted 54,400 equity shares under its ESOP 2020 plan, as approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
The company's paid-up share capital increased from 5,65,14,128 to 5,65,68,528 equity shares, increasing the total capital from ₹28.26 crore to ₹28.28 crore.
The shares were issued at two different exercise prices: 46,650 shares at ₹20 each and 7,750 shares at ₹78 each.
The newly issued shares will rank pari-passu with the company's existing equity shares.
