The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors approved, via Circular Resolution passed on August 06, 2026, the allotment of 5,275 Equity Shares of face value ₹5 each towards the exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ADSL - Employee Stock Option Plan 2020.

The equity shares allotted under the scheme rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
