Key Event Details
Mr. Paresh Shah ceased to be the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel of Allied Digital Services Limited with effect from the closure of working hours on June 30, 2026.
Subsequently, Mr. Shah was appointed as Chief Innovation Officer (CINO), classified as Senior Management Personnel, effective July 01, 2026.
Board Approval
The re-designation was approved by the Company's Board of Directors at their meeting held on June 18, 2026. This approval was previously intimated to the stock exchanges on June 18, 2026.
New Role Responsibilities
As Chief Innovation Officer, Mr. Shah will:
- Lead the Company's innovation, research, and strategic transformation initiatives
- Report directly to the Chairman
- Maintain a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Joint Managing Director
- Continue as part of the senior leadership team
Employment Terms
Except for the change in designation and responsibilities, all other terms and conditions of Mr. Shah's employment remain unchanged.

A copy of Mr. Shah's acceptance of cessation as CEO and appointment as CINO is enclosed as Annexure I to the disclosure.
