Almondz Global Sells 20.63% Stake in AGICL

Almondz Global Securities sold 32,85,000 shares (20.63%) of subsidiary AGICL to group company Almondz Finanz Limited on March 30, 2026.
Consideration received for the stake sale was ₹18,57,01,050; AGICL remains a subsidiary with 58.52% holding retained.
AGICL contributed 76% of consolidated income (₹11,486.96 lakh) and 15% of net worth (₹3,658.62 lakh) in FY2025.
