Scrutinizer's Role and Findings

Mr. Shilpesh Dalal, Practicing Company Secretary, was appointed as Scrutinizer to scrutinize the remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM. The scrutinizer maintained requisite registers to record assent or dissent received, mentioning particulars of name, address, folio no, DP ID, client ID of members, number of shares held, and nominal value. The vote unblocking was done in the presence of Ms. Marvi Budhwani and Ms. Avani Agrawal. The scrutinizer confirmed all resolutions were passed with requisite majority.
