Alt Capital Launches 1,000 Cr AYF III

Alt Capital announced AltCap Yield Fund III (AYF III) with a target raise of Rs 1,000 crore plus a Rs 200 crore green‑shoe option.
The fund will invest in pre‑leased Grade A/A+ office and warehousing assets, targeting a 16‑18% IRR over a 4‑5‑year horizon.
Alt Capital’s existing AYF I and II have deployed Rs 120 crore and Rs 46.41 crore respectively, delivering weighted yields of 8.6% and 8.2%.
Partnership with FundsIndia Private Wealth, led by CEO Srinivas Mendu, will raise the capital, leveraging Alt’s Blackstone‑derived expertise and WestBridge backing.
