Altimetrik Opens Healthcare & Life Sciences Center of Excellence in Hyderabad
Altimetrik, an AI engineering firm, announced the launch of a dedicated Healthcare & Life Sciences Center of Excellence (CoE) at its 22,000 sq ft office in Phoenix Equinox, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The facility, located near HITEC City, houses more than 300 Altimetrik employees and is positioned to accelerate AI‑driven innovation for pharmaceutical and life‑sciences clients.
First Offering – PharmaOS
The CoE’s inaugural product, PharmaOS, is an agentic AI framework built on Altimetrik’s proprietary ALTi AIOS™ operating system. PharmaOS is marketed as a solution that can take a client from a defined concept to a validated, governed AI‑agent workflow within one week. The framework bundles over 35 purpose‑built agents and accelerators that span commercial operations, clinical and regulatory evidence review, manufacturing and quality, responsible AI, and data modernization. It connects to enterprise processes and trusted data sources, traces every output to its evidence, and embeds human decision rights.
PharmaOS is engineered to interoperate with leading enterprise AI ecosystems, including Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI, with model flexibility supported by its underlying architecture. Use cases highlighted include clinical study report review, GxP compliance checks, and batch‑release readiness, all delivered with built‑in security, observability, source traceability, quality checks, and a measurable business KPI from the outset.
One‑Week Delivery Model
Alongside PharmaOS, Altimetrik introduced a one‑week delivery model that shortens the interval between identifying an AI use case and assessing its deployment potential. Given a defined business challenge, agreed data access, and a bounded workflow, Altimetrik’s life‑sciences specialists and AI engineers employ reusable agents and industry‑specific accelerators to construct an executable workflow within seven days. The engagement incorporates security, observability, source traceability, quality checks, human decision rights, and a predefined KPI, enabling clients to evaluate the agentic workflow in their enterprise context before committing to further investment.

Strategic Expansion
Altimetrik selected Hyderabad to locate the CoE close to pharmaceutical companies and contract research organizations whose workflows will shape its life‑sciences offerings. The city’s pool of clinical, regulatory, quality, and engineering specialists is intended to support the development of offerings for global clients. The Hyderabad launch follows a recent expansion in Pune that pushed Altimetrik’s global workforce past 10,000 employees, further expanding the role of its India teams in global AI engineering delivery.
