Alufluoride Limited has issued a regulatory notice to BSE Limited regarding an upcoming board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 11th August, 2026. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
Additionally, the company has implemented trading restrictions in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
