Alufluoride Limited has submitted a regulatory filing to BSE Limited regarding the resumption of normal operations at its Visakhapatnam plant. This communication is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.

The filing serves as an update to the company's previous intimation dated May 23, 2026, which informed the exchange about a temporary reduction in operations at the Visakhapatnam plant. The reduction was caused by decreased availability of Hydrofluosilicic Acid, a key raw material required for the production of Aluminium Fluoride. The supply chain disruption was attributed to the ongoing war in the Middle East region.

The company has now received communication dated July 15, 2026, from its supplier confirming that the raw material supply issue has been resolved. The supplier has increased its plant load accordingly.

Pursuant to this development, Alufluoride Limited has commenced arrangements for procurement of the requisite quantity of Hydrofluosilicic Acid from the said supplier. Operations at the Visakhapatnam plant will accordingly be restored to normal levels.

The document is signed by Vaishali Kohli, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Membership No.: ACS 63818), on behalf of Alufluoride Limited.
