Key Decisions and Dates
Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on Monday, May 25, 2026, have re-appointed:
- Mr. Harshavardhana Gourineni (DIN: 07311410) as an Executive Director
- Mr. Vikramadithya Gourineni (DIN: 03167659) as an Executive Director
Both appointments are effective from June 12, 2026, for a term of five years, ending on June 11, 2031. These reappointments are subject to the necessary approvals of shareholders at the ensuing 41st Annual General Meeting, in terms of the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Regulations.
Director Relationships and Status
Both Mr. Harshavardhana Gourineni and Mr. Vikramadithya Gourineni are related to each other. Along with Mr. Jayadev Galla (Chairman, Managing Director and CEO), they are part of the Promoters of the Company.
Compliance Status
As required under BSE circular no. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 and NSE circular no. NSE/CML/2018/24 dated June 20, 2018:
- Mr. Harshavardhana Gourineni is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
- Mr. Vikramadithya Gourineni is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
