The reappointment is for a further period of five years, commencing from September 1, 2026, and is subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing AGM. He is not liable to retire by rotation. He holds 1,858,043 equity shares of ₹10 each in the company. He holds directorships in several other entities, including two public companies (Amarjothi Power Generation and Distribution Company Limited, R P J Textiles Limited) and six private companies. He is the brother of Sri. R. Jaichander, the Whole Time Director.

3. Reappointment of Whole Time Director

Based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval from the Audit Committee, the Board approved the reappointment of Sri. R. Jaichander (DIN: 00390836) as Whole Time Director. The reappointment is for a further period of five years, commencing from December 1, 2026, and is subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing AGM. He is not liable to retire by rotation. He holds 1,912,880 equity shares of ₹10 each in the company. He holds directorships in several other private companies. He is the brother of Sri. R. Premchander, the Managing Director.
