Ambassador Intra Holdings Reconfigures Board Committees

Ambassador Intra Holdings Ltd. reconstituted its Audit Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee effective May 14, 2026.
Avani Ashwinkumar Shah appointed Chairman of both committees as a Non-Executive Independent Director.
The changes were approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on May 14, 2026.
