Amber Enterprises Acquires Remaining 50% Amber Resojet Stake

Amber Enterprises India Limited completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% equity stake in its joint venture Amber Resojet Private Limited.
The total purchase consideration for the transaction was INR 1.74 crore, making Amber Resojet a wholly-owned subsidiary.
The disclosure was made pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation 30, referencing the company's earlier intimation dated 3rd April 2026.
All required regulatory disclosures for the transaction were submitted as annexures to the previous filing on 3rd April 2026.
