Continuation of earlier intimation dated 4th August 2026 regarding fire incident that occurred during early hours of 4th August 2026 at Factory Unit of material subsidiary IL JIN Electronics (India) Limited (formerly known as IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited).
Location: Plot No. 28, Ecotech - III, Extn - II Udyog Kendra, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201 306.
Financial Impact and Insurance Claim
Management assessment estimates loss at ₹38.28 crore plus applicable GST.
Company has lodged insurance claim with insurance company for ₹38.28 crore plus applicable GST.
Insurer has released account payment of ₹10 crore against estimated loss based on initial preliminary assessment.
Insurer has commenced detailed assessment of submitted claim and will release balance insurance claim amount in accordance with terms and conditions of relevant insurance policies upon completion of assessment.
Operational Status and Outlook
Company is confident of recovering majority portion of losses incurred.
Company continues to closely engage with insurer and other concerned stakeholders for expeditious processing of pending claim.
Company is undertaking necessary measures for restoration of affected facilities and normalization of operations.
