Amber Enterprises will acquire the remaining 50% stake in Amber Resojet for INR 1.74 crore, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
The acquisition, approved by the Strategic Alliance Committee, is a related party transaction conducted at arm's length.
The transaction is expected to be completed within 30 to 45 days from the execution of the Share Purchase Agreement.
