Ameenji Rubber Receives ₹3.16 Cr Railway Order

Ameenji Rubber Limited has received a purchase order from North East Frontier Railway, disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The order involves the manufacture and supply of CGRSP (Composite Glass Reinforced Sleepers Panel) with a total value of ₹3,15,88,222 (Rupees Three Crore Fifteen Lakh Eighty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty-Two only).

The company has specified that the order must be executed within a 3-month timeframe from receipt.

Critical disclosures include confirmation that the transaction does not fall within related party transactions and that the promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in North East Frontier Railway, the entity awarding the order.
