Purpose of Agreement
To obtain an exclusive technology license for manufacturing, marketing, and sale of specified licensed products in India.
Significant Terms
- License Type: Exclusive license for use in India
- Initial Technology License Fee: USD 300,000 payable in phases
- Running Royalty: 2.5% of Net Sales Amount of licensed products
- All payments subject to terms of the Agreement
Agreement Duration
Initial term of five (5) years from the Effective Date, extendable in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
Related Party Considerations
- Promoter/promoter group/group companies have NO interest in the entity awarding the order
- Transaction does NOT fall within related party transactions
