Amrutanjan Appoints and Re-appoints Independent Directors

Amrutanjan Health Care appoints Mr. Ramaswami Krishnan as Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term effective 8 May 2026.
The Board re-appoints Mr. Muralidharan Swayambunathan as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term effective 29 June 2026.
Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval and include standard remuneration of sitting fees and commission.
