Amrutanjan Appoints and Reappoints Two Directors

Amrutanjan Health Care appointed Mr. Ramaswami Krishnan as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director effective 8 May 2026 for a five-year term.
The Board re-appointed Mr. Muralidharan Swayambunathan as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term effective 29 June 2026.
Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval and were based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
