A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 3rd November 2026 through Video Conferencing
The board will consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026
The board will consider declaration of 1st Interim Dividend for the financial year 2026-27

Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company is closed effective from 1st October, 2026
Will remain closed till 5th November 2026
Closure is pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in securities of the Company
