Anand Rathi Wealth AGM Approves 1:1 Bonus, Dividend, Capital Hike

Anand Rathi Wealth shareholders approved a 1:1 bonus share issue capitalizing up to ₹41.51 crore from reserves at their 31st AGM.
Members declared a final dividend of ₹7 per share (₹58.11 crore total) and confirmed an interim dividend of ₹6 per share (₹49.81 crore total) for FY 2025-26.
The authorized share capital was doubled from ₹50 crore to ₹100 crore through creation of 10 crore new equity shares of ₹5 each.
Mr. Anand Nandkishore Rathi was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Director liable to retire by rotation.
