Agreement Scope

- Support cloud services including AI and high-performance computing workloads
- Provide technology architecture, cloud and AI hardware, and technical expertise
- Support international go-to-market initiatives

Further investments will be undertaken in phases based on demand, commercial viability and requisite approvals. The MoU does not provide for any shareholding arrangement or joint venture.

Anant Raj Limited currently operates data centre facilities at its Manesar and Panchkula campuses with capacity expansion underway.
