On Thursday, 24 September 2026, Anarock, one of India’s leading independent real‑estate services companies, announced the acquisition of a 51% equity stake in DSP Design Associates, a multidisciplinary architecture, master‑planning and interior‑design practice.

DSP Design Associates operates across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, the National Capital Region and Hyderabad and employs more than 320 professionals. The firm has delivered over 1,000 projects worldwide and is ranked 42nd‑largest architectural practice globally on the WA100 2026 list and 5th‑largest interior‑design firm on the International Giants List 2026. It currently has over 125 million square feet of projects under execution, spanning commercial IT parks, mixed‑use developments, residential, retail and hospitality sectors.

The practice’s commercial portfolio includes collaborations with CapitaLand, Mapletree, Sattva, Tata Realty, Bagmane Developers and Purvankara, while its residential and mixed‑use work features developers such as Adani Realty, L&T Realty, Emaar and Piramal Realty. DSP’s interior‑design arm serves more than 50 Fortune 500 companies, providing both consultancy and design‑and‑build services through a curated contractor panel for clients in technology, financial services, professional services and life‑sciences. DSP also holds a 49% stake in Education Design International (EDI), which focuses on educational‑institution design globally.

Anarock, established in 2017 and backed by a legacy of over three decades in real‑estate, employs over 2,300 professionals as of 31 March 2026. The company offers integrated solutions covering investment banking, bespoke research, strategic advisory, valuations, project management, engineering services and enterprise community management, leveraging predictive AI/ML models, generative AI tools and a robust CRM infrastructure.

Founder & Chairman Anuj Puri of Anarock stated that DSP’s design pedigree and blue‑chip client base constitute a natural extension of Anarock’s real‑estate ecosystem, enhancing its Project Management & Engineering Services (PMES) and advisory lines and enabling faster scaling while preserving design philosophy. Co‑Founder and Principal Bimal Desai of DSP affirmed that the partnership provides a platform to expand into new geographies and service lines while maintaining the firm’s brand, management and client relationships.

The acquisition positions the combined entity to deliver an end‑to‑end real‑estate and design proposition across India and selected overseas markets, aiming to unlock significant value across the asset lifecycle for developers and corporate occupiers.
