Andhra Cements Merger with Sagar Cements Approved

Andhra Cements' Board gave in-principle approval on 30th March 2026 to merge with parent Sagar Cements Limited.
The merger is subject to necessary approvals from regulatory and other concerned authorities.
The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 to BSE and NSE.
