Operational Update for Kadiam Unit
This disclosure is a continuation of the Company's earlier updates dated 30.04.2026, 02.05.2026, 30.05.2026, 04.06.2026, and 15.07.2026 regarding the disruption and subsequent partial resumption of manufacturing operations at the Company's Kadiam Unit.
Nature of Disruption: The disruption was attributable to demands raised by contract workmen regarding the revision of certain contractual terms.
Location of Unit: Kadiam Unit, East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh — 533126.
Current Operational Status:
- A second paper machine, with a production capacity of 55 MT per day, has resumed operations effective July 23, 2026.
- This is in addition to a paper machine with a capacity of 150 MT/day that had resumed operations earlier.
- Consequently, the aggregate operational production capacity at the Kadiam Unit has increased from approximately 70% to about 93% of the Unit's normal production capacity.
- The Company is presently operating at approximately 93% of its normal production capacity.
Future Plans: The Company continues to take necessary operational measures for progressive stabilisation and normalisation of manufacturing activities. Efforts are ongoing to restore full operations at the Kadiam Unit at the earliest.

- Insurance Coverage: Not applicable (no physical damage); all insurable assets are adequately covered.
