Regarding insider trading regulations, the company confirms that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Connected/Designated persons since 1st April, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Standalone and consolidated financial results, as previously intimated through communication dated 23rd March, 2026.
