Anlon Healthcare Acquires 63.98% Stake in Remember India

Anlon Healthcare entered a share purchase agreement to acquire 63.98% stake in Remember India Health Links for ₹5.38 crore.
The acquisition transforms Anlon from an API manufacturer into a complete pharmaceutical provider with finished dosage formulations.
The transaction is expected to be completed within 4-5 months subject to fulfillment of conditions precedent.
Remember India reported turnover of ₹83.08 lakh in FY25 and possesses over 30 finished dosage formulation dossiers.
