Anmol India reconstituted four Board committees following resignation of Independent Director Mr. Sanjeev Kumar effective 17th March 2026.
Mr. Ripan Goyal, Independent Director, replaces Mr. Sanjeev Kumar across all four reconstituted committees with immediate effect.
Reconstituted committees include Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Stakeholders Relationship, and CSR Committees.
