The 34th Annual General Meeting of Antarctica Limited was held on Monday, 28th September, 2026 from 12:00 P.M. to 12:15 P.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) facility at the deemed venue of the AGM, being the Registered Office of the company at 41/A, Tara Chand Dutta Street, Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700073.

The following resolutions were put to vote and decided as follows:

Ordinary Business:

  • Resolution 1: To Receive, Consider and Adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 together with the reports of the Board of Directors and the auditors thereon - Passed with Requisite Majority

Special Business:

  • Resolution 2: Regularization of appointment of Mr. Mitkumar Dashrathbhai Chandel (DIN: 11663098) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company - Passed with Special Majority
  • Resolution 3: Approval to advance loan(s), to give any guarantee(s) and/or to provide any security(ies) under section 185 of the Companies Act, 2013 - Not Passed
