Nature of Event
The Government of India has approved the award of two onshore contract areas to the Company under the Discovered Small Field (DSF) Bid Round-IV:
- Contract Area KG/ONDSF/KG ONLAND/2025 (Krishna Godavari Basin, Andhra Pradesh)
- Contract Area CB/ONDSF/CAMBAY ONLAND/2025 (Cambay Basin, Gujarat)
Regulatory Communication
The award was communicated by the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH), Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, via letter dated August 31, 2026.
Contract Conditions
The award is subject to execution of a Revenue Sharing Contract (RSC) between the President of India and the Company. The bid work programme, commercial terms, area, map and coordinates from the Company's bid will be incorporated into the RSC.

Both contract areas are onshore blocks:
- KG/ONDSF/KG ONLAND/2025: Located in Krishna Godavari (KG) basin, Andhra Pradesh
- CB/ONDSF/CAMBAY ONLAND/2025: Located in Cambay Basin, Gujarat
Strategic Impact
The award strengthens the Company's existing operating presence in both Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh. The blocks are described as high-quality assets that add significant acreage to the Company's portfolio and are expected to support the Company's continued growth trajectory.
