Anthropic Plans $300M Acquisition of Stainless

Anthropic is in advanced talks to acquire developer tools startup Stainless for at least $300 million, per The Information.
Stainless provides software enabling AI model makers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google to access models faster and supports agents like OpenClaw.
Anthropic aims for a $900 billion valuation in a new funding round, more than double its $380 billion valuation from February.
