Anubhav Plast Limited ('Company') has received a consent from Jindal Industries Private Limited ('JIPL') for use of the trademark "JINDAL-HISSAR" by the Company. The consent is valid until March 31, 2027.
Pursuant to the consent agreement, JIPL has agreed that the Company shall manufacture and supply ERW MS SHS and Round Pipes to JIPL, embossed with the trademark JINDAL-HISSAR. The manufacturing and supply will be conducted in accordance with the terms of the consent and general trademark usage policy.
