The Board meeting is scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the Registered Office of the Company.
The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve a fundraising proposal. The company plans to raise funds of up to INR 160,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred Sixty Crore Only).
The fundraising will be conducted through the issuance of Secured Rated Unlisted Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on a Private Placement basis.
