Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

The Board accepted the resignation of Mr. Atul Khosla from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company. The resignation is effective from September 21, 2026.

According to the resignation letter dated September 16, 2026, Mr. Khosla stated he is resigning "to pursue a new professional opportunity." He confirmed that "there are no material reasons for my resignation other than those stated herein."

Mr. Khosla will serve the Company during the notice period until December 20, 2026 and ensure a smooth transition as per the terms of employment.

Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer

The Board appointed Mr. Manish Bhagat as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from September 21, 2026.

As per Annexure A, Mr. Bhagat has "in-depth knowledge in the hospitality business" and is "not related inter-se to any Director of the Company."
