Apollo Healthco Acquires Apollo Consumer Products Ltd

Apollo Healthco Limited (AHL), a 78.88% subsidiary of Apollo Hospitals, acquired 100% of Apollo Consumer Products Limited (ACPL) for ₹9 lakh.
ACPL, incorporated on March 11, 2026, is a newly formed FMCG entity yet to commence operations, with paid-up capital of ₹9 lakh.
The acquisition is a related party transaction done at arm's length, making ACPL a wholly owned subsidiary of AHL and a step-down subsidiary of Apollo Hospitals.
