Apollo Hospitals Acquires Full 100% Stake in AHLL

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd increased its stake in Apollo Health and Lifestyle Ltd (AHLL) to 100% via a new acquisition.
The company acquired 775,744 AHLL shares from individual shareholders for ₹18.69 crores.
This follows previous acquisitions from IFC and IFC EAF Apollo Investment Company, raising its stake from 99.42%.
