Apollo Ingredients Board Reshuffle: Director Changes

Apollo Ingredients Ltd's board accepted the resignation of Non-Executive Director James Mody due to personal reasons, effective 15th May 2026.
The board appointed Amol Dinkar Nigudkar as an Independent Director and approved a major management reshuffle involving the Mutreja siblings.
Lovely Ghanshyam Mutreja was redesignated from Managing Director to Executive Director (Marketing), while Kirit Ghanshyam Mutreja was appointed as the new Managing Director.
The board also reappointed Vivek Bharat Variya as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
