Apollo Micro Systems Allots 13,000 Equity Shares

Apollo Micro Systems allotted 13,000 equity shares to Ms. Lata Dhiraj Shah upon warrant conversion at ₹85.50 per share.
The company received ₹11.12 lakh as warrant exercise price, increasing paid-up capital to ₹35.73 crore.
This is part of a larger preferential issue of 3.81 crore warrants to 30 allottees in June 2025.
The new shares rank pari passu with existing equity shares and were approved by the Securities Allotment Committee.
