Apollo Tyres Independent Director Resigns Post Government Appointment

Apollo Tyres Ltd disclosed the resignation of Independent Director Berjis Desai effective April 7, 2026.
Resignation is due to his appointment as Member, National Commission for Minorities, Government of India.
Mr. Desai confirmed no other material reasons for resignation and holds directorships in five other listed entities.
