Apple Inc. will add a new Siri AI mode to the iPhone camera app in the upcoming iOS 27 operating system.
The feature moves the existing Visual Intelligence toggle into the camera app, offering ChatGPT queries and Google reverse‑image search.
Additional capabilities include scanning nutrition labels for dietary logging and extracting contact details directly from captured images.
