Aptech Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 4, 2026. The primary agenda of this meeting is to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (both Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has implemented a Trading Window closure for all Insiders, Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and Connected Persons. The Trading Window was closed starting October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results following the Board Meeting on November 4, 2026.
