Entity: Film and Television Institute of India (FTII)

Nature of Collaboration: Framework agreement to democratize access to quality education and skill development in filmmaking, cinematic storytelling, animation, visual effects (VFX), 3D filmmaking and allied creative disciplines.

Scope of Operation: The partnership will be executed through three distinct engagement models:

  • FTII Workshops & Micro-Credentials: Selected FTII workshops made accessible to eligible students at Aptech centers, with participants receiving FTII certificates or micro-credentials
  • Aptech-FTII Joint Certified Programme: Two-month FTII module integrated with Aptech's training brands offering VFX and 3D programmes, resulting in joint certification
  • Co-developed Programme: Two-month immersive learning experience at FTII campus in Pune, initially planned across Aptech's centers in Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru, including short film production under FTII mentorship

Significant Terms:

  • The agreement serves only as a framework of cooperation and does not create binding financial obligations on either party unless expressly agreed under a separate agreement
  • Each party agrees to deliver its respective scope of work at mutually agreed timelines
  • Domestic entity collaboration
  • Not a related party transaction
