The paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from ₹100,158,547.20 (consisting of 50,079,273.60 equity shares of ₹2 each) to ₹100,163,547.20 (consisting of 50,081,773.60 equity shares of ₹2 each). The newly allotted shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company.
