Aqylon Nexus MoU with AITMC for AI Skilling

Aqylon Nexus Limited signed a non-binding MoU with AITMC Ventures Private Limited on 28th March 2026 for AI skills training across India.
The collaboration targets 30,000+ certified AI professionals annually across 70 training centres in 16 Indian states using Aqylon's AI Code Platform.
The MoU is valid for two years with a 90-day termination notice clause; no related party or capital structure implications are involved.
