Archean Chemical Rs.260 Cr Loan to Semiconductor WOS

Archean Chemical Industries entered a Rs.260 Cr unsecured loan agreement with its 100% WOS Neun Infra Private Limited on March 26, 2026.
Funds will support procurement of long-lead machinery for SiCSem Private Limited's compound semiconductor and ATMP facility approved under India Semiconductor Mission.
Loan carries 9% p.a. interest, repayable over 5 years from FY 2031-32; total loan granted to WOS stands at Rs.560 Cr with Rs.217 Cr outstanding.
