Archies Independent Director Resigns Effective March 2026

Mr. Rajinder Kumar Verma resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director of Archies Limited effective March 11, 2026.
He also resigned as Chairman of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and CSR Committees concurrently.
The resignation was submitted via email and cited personal commitments as the sole reason for stepping down.
Mr. Verma confirmed no other material reasons exist for his resignation beyond those stated in his letter.
