Archies Limited shareholders approved the appointment of Charan Jeet Singh Kochhar as a Non-Executive Independent Director via a special resolution.
The postal ballot was conducted solely through a remote e-voting process from March 27 to April 25, 2026, scrutinized by Shailesh Dayal.
