Archies Ltd Appoints Independent Director Kochhar

Archies Limited appointed Mr. Charan Jeet Singh Kochhar as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for 5 years effective 23rd March 2026.
Mr. Kochhar, aged 68, holds M.Com, LLB, CAIIB, MBA and has over 40 years of experience with State Bank of India.
Post-appointment, four board committees—Audit, NRC, Stakeholder Relationship, and CSR—were reconstituted with Mr. Kochhar as Chairman of each, effective 24th March 2026.
A Postal Ballot with e-voting has been initiated for shareholder approval of the appointment, with Mr. Shailesh Dayal appointed as Scrutinizer.
