The Meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27).

Trading Window Closure

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the trading window has been closed for the following persons from July 1, 2026: promoters, Directors, senior managerial personnel, their immediate relatives, and other connected persons. The trading window shall reopen after 48 hours from the time the financial results for the quarter become generally available.
