ARCL Organics has entered a definitive agreement to acquire land and a plant in Gujarat for Rs. 3 crores.
The company has taken possession of the plant and machinery, which manufactures powder resins, in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen the company's manufacturing footprint and operational capacity.
